Fair Refunds, Simple Cancellations: Our US Refund Policy at Accounting Crunchers

1Before Work Starts

If you cancel before we begin work on your engagement, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

2After Work Starts

If you cancel after work has started, you will receive a partial refund of fees paid for work not yet performed. We will deduct:

• The value of work already completed, based on time spent or the stage reached.
• Any non-refundable third-party or government fees already paid on your behalf.

3Completed Work and Submitted Filings

No refund is available for work that has been completed and delivered, or for any return, form or filing that has already been submitted to the IRS, a state agency or any other authority.

4Monthly Services

Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable. Fees already paid for months fully completed are not refundable.

5Hourly Services

Hourly work is billed for time actually spent. Any prepaid hours not used at the time of cancellation will be refunded.

6How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email accountants@accountingcrunchers.com with your name, business name and the invoice or payment reference. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days.

7How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Airwallex within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.
