Understanding Our Service Standards at Accounting Crunchers

• “Text Message Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols), and instant messaging platforms like WhatsApp.

2. CONSENTING TO COMMUNICATIONS

By consenting to receive text messages or emails from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. E-SIGN DISCLOSURE

By agreeing to receive communications, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP to any mobile message or by contacting us via email.

4. PRIVACY & DATA USAGE

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your messages and respond to your enquiries regarding US/UK tax strategy and business scaling.

• No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Exceptions: This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request.

5. COSTS AND FREQUENCY

• Costs: Accounting Crunchers does not charge you for the messages you receive. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your specific mobile plan and carrier.

• Frequency: This service is for conversational person-to-person communication. The number of messages you receive will vary based on your specific enquiry and the level of support required for your business scaling.

6. OPTING OUT

If you no longer wish to receive text messages from a specific representative, you may reply with any of the following keywords:

STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Upon receipt of an opt-out keyword, we may send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
